Overall description	This role sits at the heart of what we do at HEX - bringing programs to life. You’ll be in the room (and on screen) delivering high-energy sessions, working with students, partners, and teams, and making sure every experience actually lands. It’s equal parts facilitation, organisation, and ownership - perfect for someone who can hold a room, move fast, and turn ideas into real, high-quality experiences.

😎 About the Role

This role is hybrid split across Program Delivery and Project & Client Management.

Program Delivery (60%)

Facilitate engaging workshops, sprints, and online sessions across innovation, entrepreneurship, and future skills
Coach, mentor, and energise diverse student cohorts
Be ready to physically represent HEX at schools, unis, and events across the region (some interstate and international travel required)
Lead program logistics and host guest speakers and mentors during delivery
Deliver with presence, confidence, and HEX sparkle — from classrooms to boardrooms

Project & Client Management (40%)

Own timelines, task lists, and logistics using cloud-based project management tools like Notion, Google Drive, Slack, etc.
Manage communication and relationships with education and government partners
Coordinate with internal teams across marketing, ops, and design to deliver seamlessly
