This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the intersection of digital strategy, campaign performance, and technical marketing. You'll own the full lifecycle of campaigns - from funnel architecture and landing page builds to ad optimisation and post-campaign analytics.
You're equally comfortable in a spreadsheet reading attribution data as you are building a landing page in Webflow or mapping out a customer journey in HubSpot. End-to-End Owner: You brief yourself, execute, and report back. You don't need hand-holding to get from idea to live campaign.
Performance-First: Every decision ties back to a metric. You optimise relentlessly and you know when something isn't working.
Technically Curious: You read changelogs, follow MarTech developments, and have a list of tools you want to test.
Creative: Performance and creativity aren't opposites to you. You can produce compelling copy and visuals — and you know how to test them
You understand how websites perform, not just how they look. You can audit, plan, and execute on-page and technical SEO — and you know how to build a landing page that actually converts.
You can map a full marketing funnel, identify where it breaks, and know what levers to pull to improve conversion at each stage. CRO isn't a buzzword to you — it's the job.
You've built automated sequences, lead nurture flows, and customer UX journeys. You think in systems - trigger, condition, action - and you know how the pieces connect.
